In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "c8vip" or "the Platform" — refers to the online gaming and sportsbook platform operated at https://c8vip.bio, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features accessible thereunder.
• "We", "Us", "Our" — refers to c8vip and its operators, licensors, and affiliated entities responsible for the management and operation of the Platform.

• "IDR Wallet" — means the virtual wallet denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) associated with each Member's Account, used to hold deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" — means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other incentive offered by c8vip to Members, subject to the specific terms of each promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit amount, as specified in each promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required by c8vip before processing withdrawals or activating certain Account features.
• "Restricted Territory" — means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law. Where You are located in a Restricted Territory, You are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations.
• "Game Provider" — means any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft.

By accessing the c8vip Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any Bonus, You unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• Identity: You must be a real, natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as Members.
• Jurisdiction: The Platform is primarily designed for and marketed to players located in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. c8vip does not represent that the Platform is available or appropriate in all locations.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any given time. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, issued by c8vip or any other gaming operator.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of c8vip or any of its Game Providers, unless prior written consent has been obtained from c8vip management.

c8vip reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification and proof of age. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending verification.

To access the full range of c8vip services, You must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current at the time of submission and will remain so throughout your membership.

During registration, You will be required to provide, at minimum: a unique username, a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method details for IDR transactions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. c8vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

c8vip reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, that false or misleading registration information has been provided, or that suspicious activity has been detected in connection with the Account.

All deposits and withdrawals on the c8vip Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). c8vip supports the following payment methods for Indonesian Members: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits made via local e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your IDR Wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are processed on the same day, including weekends and Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Nyepi. c8vip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus funds. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• Local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata): typically within 1–4 hours of approval during bank operating hours; same-day processing is available 24/7.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the c8vip Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. c8vip reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual in amount or pattern.

c8vip reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal that is subsequently found to have been processed in error or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the relevant funds will be returned to the Member's IDR Wallet pending investigation.

c8vip offers a range of Bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, seasonal promotions tied to Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and ongoing VIP loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

The following general conditions apply to all c8vip Bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each Bonus is available to one Account per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the relevant promotion. Expired Bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Standard Wagering Requirements on Bonus amounts range from 20x to 40x the Bonus value unless the specific promotion states a different figure. The applicable Wagering Requirement will always be clearly displayed on the promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) relative to slots (typically 100%). VIP Members at Gold and Platinum tier benefit from enhanced Wagering Requirement multipliers, expedited withdrawal priority, dedicated account management, and access to exclusive seasonal promotions. VIP tier status is reviewed on a monthly basis and is determined by net wagering volume within the preceding calendar month.

All games available on the c8vip Platform are supplied by licensed third-party Game Providers and operate in accordance with each provider's independently audited rules and Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The specific rules governing each game are accessible within the game interface itself. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

In-play bets accepted after the final whistle or match result due to data-feed latency will be voided.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible. Once processed, the Account cannot be reopened under any circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c8vip Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

All content on the c8vip Platform — including but not limited to the c8vip brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game assets, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of c8vip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit You to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from c8vip.

Game content supplied by third-party Game Providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to c8vip for display on the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c8vip, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if c8vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

c8vip's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Member's IDR Wallet at the time the claim arises.

c8vip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While c8vip uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally result in service interruptions. c8vip will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where practicable.

c8vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, You consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

c8vip implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure password hashing, and session token management — to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Notwithstanding these measures, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as entirely secure, and c8vip cannot warrant absolute security of any information transmitted to or from the Platform.

c8vip will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your consent, except where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority, or where necessary to prevent fraud or protect the safety of Members and the Platform.

c8vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, c8vip will notify Members via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and/or via email to the address registered on the Member's Account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree to the amended terms, You must cease using the Platform and, if You wish to withdraw your remaining balance, contact support at [email protected] before your Account is closed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c8vip holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits c8vip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms & Conditions, particularly in relation to intellectual property rights or fraudulent conduct.
